Orders

A contract is formed between Morganic Healing and you when we dispatch the goods you have ordered. Until the goods are dispatched the order may be cancelled. Exceptions apply to personalised items and goods made to your order, which cannot be cancelled once you have received email confirmation that your order has been accepted. For a list of exceptions please see Returns below. For security reasons we may restrict the volumes of certain items to be sold in any one transaction.

 

Delivery Charges

Pre-payment is required at the time of placing the order; orders will not be accepted without prior payment. If you wish to pay by cheque/postal order, we will only dispatch the goods once the payment has been received. Free delivery applies to all orders within the mainland UK. All international orders are subject to charges for delivery.If a customer wishes to have any items sent to anywhere other than UK and Europe to please contact us for a quote for delivery cost first.

 

Returns

Returns will be accepted within 7 working days after receiving goods. Return postage will be paid by the buyer. Returns must be received within 7 days with return postage cost met by the buyer. Problems or discrepancies must be reported to Morganic Healing within 24 hours of receiving orders.

 

If you wish to return your order, please kindly contact us, (quoting your order no) within 7 working days from the day on which you receive your order, via email: info@morganichealing.com

 

You may return an item within 7 working days of receipt, in a new and unused condition and in its original packaging. All goods must then be posted using "Recorded Delivery" to ensure their safe arrival. All postage costs are the customer's responsibility. 

Once we have received the returned goods, we will refund your money within 30 days.Returned items which are not in new or unused condition, or which are returned after this period may not be credited to your account unless they are faulty.

For hygiene reasons certain cupping equipment cannot be returned unless faulty, this includes:

Suction pumps, cups, acupressure magnets, extension tubes, blades.

Perishable items such as food cannot be returned unless found to be faulty. Where a product has a security seal, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal is broken. Your legal rights are not affected.
